been lifting seroiusly for past four years getting workouts and diet dialed in
max bench 300lb
i will be starting a 8 week long test prop cycle 1/9/12. i would like to lean out alittle bit getting more defined abs but mainly put on as much mass as possible

feel free to critique! like i said hoping to put on 15-20lbs but would also like to cut some fat to get better abs. i have cut body fat down to around 12% before last summer naturaly with around 15 to 20min of cardio 3 or 4 days a week and good diet but without cardio or a clean diet i sit at about 14% naturally. open to any suggestions! will try posting pics asap
