Options for minor gyno?

Background story:

Weight: 190lbs Height: 6 feet
Age: 24

I did a cycle of anavar that ended in mid August: 3 weeks at 40mg/day, 4 weeks at 60mg/day. clomid PCT week 1:100mg, week 2:50mg. However, even with the PCT I got a very minor side effect of Gynecomastia. People are telling me it's almost impossible to get gyno off of anavar so ppl on the forum were saying my anavar was something else...This is the anavar that I had.. The container says "Anavar Oxandrolone - 10mg/tablet" "MEDISTAR Pharmaceuticals Canada, LTD"

What options do I have to get rid of the gyno besides surgery??

medistar is very reputable so i would be surprised if you were sold something else... unless you purchased from a dealer who swapped the pills (some dealers actually do that) for a cheaper drug/supplement.

letro can be used to fight gyno, but your libido will be greatly effected while taking it and i'm not sure if you're supposed to take letro while not on an AAS cycle
