    getting to the point guys first cyle of sus 250 im 5'10 180 pounds sitting at 11percent body fat. i have 100 ml of sus 250 and i have read up that the recommended dosage is 500mg per week.. i had my first dose before at 500 mg but was wondering if it is safe to move it up to 1000mg per week and how many weeks should i use it for? appreciate any help or tips gentleman

    NO, 1000mg is WAY excessive, 400 - 500 is a good starting point depending on the other information. What is your planned PCT?

    21, 179cm , 81 kgs work out 6 days a week dedicated and motivated as ****

    thanks love bits so keep it at 500 a week? how many weeks should i cycle mate?

    and i havent planned my pct yet will most likely be using nova a few weeks after i finish my cycle just not sure on how many weeks to keep on for

    I wouldn't take steroids at your age, shutting down your own testosterone at your age before its fully developed and matured can cause you to have some serious side effects - limp dick, low test, depression, weight loss, low sex drive to name a small few. Use what you have naturally and DONT shut down your own test it isn't worth it at your age. If you cant gain at you age naturally then you wont gain using steroids anyway.

    No doubt you will ignore this advice and do what you want to do anyway but the right direction for you is to look at your training and diet for gains and not steroids you will regret in one day. Best of luck

    Agreed with the above. If you are as motivated as you say that's all you need along with learning what to eat and when to eat it to get your body in a metabolic state and let all that free running testosterone do it's job properly. Problem with jumping on aas now you are more at risk or having a hard time re starting your natural test levels properly and having long tern negative effects.
    Honestly if you focus on diet you will have just as good of gains without the negative side effects or muscle loss, depression, possible ED during PCT and after.

    look i appreciate your advice and i agree with just sticking with a good diet and training hard works because ive seen it for my self but ive reached a point where i want that little bit extra and yes marcus i will continue to use it
