If your new to working out it's probably safe to say your diet and training are not where they should be. Diet is the number 1 most important thing when it comes to weight loss. Post up your full diet with macro's and training split. You should be able to lose plenty of fat with a good diet and training alone.
Was kinda told these tabs wrk awesome from a few lads in the gym and with my busy wrk schedule I can't always have the time to have a proper balanced diet plan
