What is the best was for a more "cut" look for your abs??

How about a fat burner? Do they work? I do Abs 5-6 days a week (roughly 5 sets). Is that too much or should give them more time to "heal". My problem is, I love to eat (unhealthy YUCK). New year, new plan..... Diet Diet Diet..... Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.
