    Lighter weight, more reps

I was lifting a lot last summer as part of my workout. I found that repping lighter weight with more reps significantly decreased my bf. I was not big, but I was more cut than I have ever been. This is the simple process I followed:

    Each exercise:

rep 40-50% of your max for 2 minutes
follow this by repping 50 % for 1 minute
And finish with repping 70-80% for 30 secs.

I followed this up with about two hours of cardio ed( I swam for 2 hours)

I followed this with basic protein powder(muscle milk) and a tbsp of glutamine.

Well more reps at a lower weight may have played a part in losing the bf. but I would put it down to the 2 hours of cardio myself, I sometimes go high reps 15-20 but that's pretty rare as I like to stay in the 8-12 range..

If your doing two hours of cardio a day id say that is definietly the number one contributor to the low body fat, with that much cardio your weight training has nothing to do with the low body fat. id say the two hours is way overkill but if you just really love what you do for cardio that much i envy you many lol

It may have played a part but as somebody said above, it was probably the fact you were sticking to a diet and the 2hrs of cardio (which is insane by the way lol). As above said, 30-45min fasted cardio/HIIT + weights = fat loss - 2hrs cardio (running I assume) will probably lose you muscle as well as fat.

It was definitely the cardio, even your weight training was 3 1/2 minutes per set, that is not weight training, it's essentially more cardio as well.
