i don't really know if clen is good on a female or not, in the past some girls i know took clen but in smaller doses and there again you got gel clen which ive never seen before, like everyone said previously, i think cardio and diet is the best to go under 20-25% BF, then from 20% you might think about clen, like others said the side are not worth using it, but there again some people had huge sides and some have nearly no sides, it all depends on you. Also post in the nutrition section like i did, it helps a lot and there are a few girls there that know what they are talking about. Thats my point of view.
