    8 Months of Progress

    First pics are from first pics are from May 2011 and the last pics are from Jan 2012
    went from about 158 to 178, let me know what you guys think. By the way this was all done on deployment so it was extremely tough to try and put the weight on, there was a point where I dropped below my starting weight just due to my job and the food I had, but I came back strong and put some solid LBM on.

    I really enjoy looking at the progress I have made on my shoulders, they looked like twigs 8 months ago.
