how it should be done, its hard because im used to deadlifting with poor form and whenever i try put weight up to test myself i find myself slipping back into bad form

the third way shown here is problem i have, i have form down now with low-medium weight but when i try do a 2 or 4 rep max i find myself rounding back
terrible form, but i cant really talk i used to do them like that myself, back bent and all but i ditched that few months ago after i was told it was only matter of time until i slipped a disc so i dropped weight to get decent form and starting to get back up to decent weight now
Wtf! Jackass is an under statement. Is that for real?
