I have been training for about 1 & 1/2 years now and can bench well over my own bodyweight.
I have been researching the use of Test E for a few months now and decided now is the time to try.
Me and a friend have decided to go halfs on it just to try it out first so this is the schedule.
Week 1 ; Test E 250/ mg +( 15/ mg - 25/ mg D- Bol)
Week 2 ; Test E 250/ mg +( 15/ mg - 25/ mg D- Bol)
Week 3 ; Test E 250/ mg +( 15/ mg - 25/ mg D- Bol)
Week 4 ; Test E 250/ mg +( 15/ mg - 25/ mg D- Bol)
Week 5 ; Test E 250/ mg
Week 6 ; Test E 250/ mg
Week 7 ; Off of everything
Week 1 (PCT) ; Nolvadex ( 20/mg daily )
Week 2 (PCT) ; Nolvadex ( 10/mg daily )
I have decided that that is a good little test run before i dive into something serious.
In my research , this is the idea i have that each of these supplements do ;
nolvadex ; blocks estrogen receptors ( no puffy/tender nipps ) ( reduces mass loss in PCT )
2 weeks in pct (20/mg daily 1st week (of PCT) ; 10/mg daily 2nd week (of PCT) )
d-bol ; water weight "kick start"
If anyone can please give me any kind of advice or would revise it I would greatly appreciate. Thank you !!
