    ON Casein or Myofusion?

Like it states... On Casein or Myofusion?

The ON casein will be taken 1/2 casein/ 1/2 whey with breakfast and 1 scoop Casein before bed.
    The Myofusion never used it!

    Advice please?
Im leaning toward the ON Casein as I can blend it myself!

    cheers

I would go for ON products. High quality and cheap!

If you do the ON Casein, please don't do the Banana flavor. It smells awesome but tastes nasty!

cheap? I am in disagreement and I think myofusion is great tasting, high quality, and relatively reasonable compared to other proteins.

Oooh I'll probably get that next. Do you have a recipe for the pudding by chance? If you do I would LOVE to get it from you!

One is a blend -one is just casein.
Personally not a fan of propritary blends in protein powders - and thats what myofusion is.
Honestly results wise it wont make any difference - so imo use either one.
I personally wouldnt spend alot of time on this decision - thats just my opinion of course.

All I so is put the desired amount of protein in a bowl and slowly add water until its the right consistency. I then put in in the freezer for a bit to let it thicken up and get cold, just don't let it freeze. Be careful not to add too much water. It really tastes just like chocolate pudding, it doesn't feel right eating it on a diet.

Not a fan of casein. You're much better off just using whey more frequently (for anabolism).
    And Myofusion tastes amazing.

I personally dont think that all the big name brands like muscletech and gaspari are worth their price. I mean dont get me wrong, they taste great and are good quality, but in reality as long as the protein you are using does the job it doesnt matter who makes it. I know someone in the supplement business and he told me all the supp companies use the exact same base for there proteins, they just use different addatives to make them "unique" to that perticular brand name. The bigger brands put more flavouring into it and add this and that to apparentlly make it the ultimate muscle builder, where as the smaller less known companies focus more on selling it at a cheap price as a standard protein powder.

You could get both and ditch the whey altogether. You don't take whey alone, right? So use the blend (can you get the Reflex brand?) for meal 1 and PWO and the casein at bedtime!

ON Casein tears me up. I have used it on multiple occasions and it kills my stomach. I stick to red meats or cottage cheese before bed.

Never tried the myofusion. So sorry i dont really have any input on which is better
