    sweat suit?

Not sure if 'sweat suit' is the correct term, but those shirts u wear while training that look like a trash bag lol and make u sweat ur arse off? How beneficial, in ur opinion, r they with regards to shedding fat?

The problem I have with those suits is that they don’t allow a normal sweating process to occur. Ordinarily, when your body heats up, it perspires, and then through the process of evaporation, allows the body to cool down. But this suit does not have any ventilation, and therefore your body perspires more and more, but doesn’t cool down. It doesn’t increase caloric burn, so it just helps you lose water weight, NOT fat!

    You may want to reconsider

They are sauna suits. I used to use them to cut weight for fights and wrestling. They just make you loose water

I like that look, some women look better with a bag over the face. Butter face... They dont struggle as much after a couple of minutes either.
