no soy whey protein

So i've been reading lately on how soy in whey protein is bad for men does anyone know a good brand of whey protein without any soy in it.

i always thought soy protein was soy protein and whey protein is whey protein. unless you buy a blended mix? i use costcos whey protein. use to use optimum nutrition gold standard whey

nah most whey proteins have some form of soy to instantize them but soy also can raise estrogen levels which isnt good for males which is why asian men have been found to have the highest estrogen levels among men because they eat so much of it but then again im not sure if theres a high enough amount of soy in the protein for it to cause any major effects. Does anyone have any insight into this ?

I have used 3 brands of whey and none of them contain soy. Buy a different brand.

My brand does not contain soy either. Look around and you will find some without soy.

The only soy you might find in a whey protein powder would prob be in the form of lechithin. I wouldt give this a second though - it is completely insignificant.

Anyone have any top of the line brands of then because at the local shop thats owned by an old professional bodybuilder and his kids is the cheapest around wants 35 dollars lb for ones without soy and they all look like shit no name brands I need to re up on protein and bunch of stuff so i just figured id ask.

Optimum Nutrition...it has lethicin in it, but like mentioned above that's insignificant.

There more like friends of the family though there father the owner and my uncle used to train together the guy never recomends you to buy anything he just sits at the counter he gives good training advice though he runs a clean business not like gnc and a hell of alot cheaper but the internet deffinately out beats his prices by about 15% maybe a bit more.
