Is it advised to go 2;1 ratio test to deca? As in 600mg test to 300 deca. I have read a few things on it but wasn't sure it was necessary or advised to use this method. My stats are 30yr. 6-6 230 14% bf

Just from reading here on the board I'd probably bump the Deca to 400mg a week and leave the test as is.

What's your whole cycle look like including pct?

Test E at 300mg twice a week for 15 weeks
Deca at 200mg? Twice a week for
13 weeks

I have letro for ai

Pct is nolva at 40mg ed for first week then 20mg ed for next 5 weeks

Have you thought about running hcg through your cycle?

I thought about clomid and I have heard great things about hcg with ball size and function but don't have any experience with either of those. You would suggest round nolva as well as clomid for my pct? Is this because deca shuts us down harder?

Cycle is good, run clomid 50/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20. Get some hcg if you can and run it at 250 iu 3x ew. I would also get some prami or caber for the deca.

There's no perfect Test to Deca ratio, just make sure the former exceeds the latter by at least 100 mg/wk.
LOL...speaking of ratios, the above PCT is twice as complex (four ingredients to two) as the cycle itself!!!
