    dc training rest/pause

1st cycle using the dc rest/pause method, every body part is trained 3 times in 8 days but only 1 exercise and 1 set per body part (not counting warm up set) example chest flat bench warm up ,then 1 set 11-15 total reps might look like this 255lbs x rep to failure, rest/pause 15 seconds go again rep to failure,rest/pause 15 sec's go again rep to failure. then stretch, thats it done with chest.
im 43yrs old, 204lbs, 13% bf, im using 600mgs test cyp a week.
diet is clean, protein intake about 1.5 grams per lbs. and eating about 2700-3000 cals a day.
bf has dropped 7%, muscle is increasing about 1lbs every 2 weeks.
my question muscle gain seems a little slow should cals be increased, or is 1 lbs per 2 weeks an acceptable gain? keeping in mind my bf is dropping

If your gaining 1 Lb of actual muscle every other week that is great progress.... If your gaining weight while your BF is dropping that is also great progress...

For a 500 (1 lb per week gain) calorie surplus I would sit you at around about 3150 cals to begin with and assess from there.

I would aim for 1 lb per week while on gear and be thankfull if u keep just over half of that at the end of the cycle
