    maz weight loss in a day

    MAX weight loss



    hey y'all its ya boy tyrone

    i was wondering how boxers athletes etc can drop say over 5+lbs in a day
    so whats the max a guy can lose in a day or is it just bull when theyre sayin they dropped 8lbs in a day

    thinking about using my sauna suit for when i do cardio so thats why man want to know

    of course most of it will be water weight, weighed myself today 109kg so want to see how much i can lose in a week, 5meals a day 0 carbs moderate fat diet

    no it isnt bull lamont peterson was rumored to have dropped somewhere in region of 10 - 15 lbs for weigh in with his recent fight against amir khan, there is a difference between losing water and fat, water falls off as you dehydrate and comes back as you rehydrate hence how boxers etc do it, they basically sit in sauna in a sweatsuit and dehydrate themselves, to gain shredded look its fat not water that you need to lose and this is done through good diet and cardio, i would advise not to follow protocol you suggested as i have had to cut weight for a fights in the past and you feel seriously shit as you are severly dehydrated and i cant image how unbearable it would be to try do it for a week and there would also be serious health risks to go along wit it, i suggest you head to the nutrition forum, post your stats, current, diet and goals and let the guys there assist you

    thanks bud, diets fine so is the cardio just was thinking how much the sauna suit would made a difference
    should i give it a try dan? i drink alot of water as it is but i mean drinking alot while workin out too?

    no it will do nothing except shed water which you will put back on as soon as you drink something, it serves no purpose for somebody like yourself
