    Fasted workout

    So I hear all these people talk about fasted cardio. Well Saturday morning is my only oppurtunity to do it. So my question is my workout schedule has me doing some chest that day also. So how do I go about that while fasted. Won't my lifts be minimal without any food in me? Won't be as strong will I? Just need some tips. I would prefer to just get everything done at once but I don't want to waste my time if it is not beneficial to lift weights fasted.

    I wonder about this also, i work out first thing in the morning, and i don't eat before, but i have made good natural gains and cut alot of BF! But i wonder if i could be making better gains if i ate first?!?

    you have enough carbs in you if you ate properly the day before, the hardest part is getting used to training hungry. you will be weaker at first but in time you won't feel much of a difference

    Ya infact i feel great and prefer to train in the morning, i just wondered if i was hurting gains not eating before training

    i'm on keto and lift and cardio both fasted. i take bcaa's, glutamine and caffeine when i wake up, best way to get cut

    Check out leangains.com The author has debunked alot of the "myths" concerning food intake, timing, and training that ive grown up on and now i live by what ive learned.
