So I hear all these people talk about fasted cardio. Well Saturday morning is my only oppurtunity to do it. So my question is my workout schedule has me doing some chest that day also. So how do I go about that while fasted. Won't my lifts be minimal without any food in me? Won't be as strong will I? Just need some tips. I would prefer to just get everything done at once but I don't want to waste my time if it is not beneficial to lift weights fasted.
