In addition to my labs that I posted over the weekend, I just got another lab result.
Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy: 28 (30 - 100)
Hmmm ... Got to say that I was a little surprised with the result. I know that there's vitamin D in my daily vitamin mix (liquid), but it looks like I need to ramp it up in other areas like tanning or something else.
I'm curious if any of you have experienced this, and the things you did to optimize it? Damn, my BW was looking good too ...![]()
