Acne

What are some tips to gey rid of it? For my buddy on same cycle and same stats as myself. Test E 500mg/w arimidex .5mg/eod kick start dbol. This is week 6 of 12 and he is getting bad acne on chest shoulders and back. Showers twice a day to try and clean it up but no use. Thanks for the help.

Strangely enough, I've seen where people also use dish washing soap, e.g., Dawn Liquid Soap.
