Anyway, I am 23 and I have a nice build (according to my own goals), but I think I have pretty much reached my peak for muscle building. I am about 150 lbs, 5' 10", with about 10% body fat. Considering that the average male is in the 160's with almost double body fat (which I read on the net- may be American avg male), I am about average- maybe with a bit more muscle. I have about 14-inch arms, 31" waist, 210 lbs. or so max bench.
I am pretty much looking for a product that will help me put on about 5-10 lbs of solid muscle over the next few months. I can increase my food intake, but the only problem is that I will not put on a majority of muscle. I will get fatter, but when I cut, it is not a significant muscle gain. This is my problem. I can gain weight, just not a good amount of muscle, even when I consistently go to the gym. I eat meals and have protein shakes with milk daily too.I feel that I am getting sufficient calorie intake and I just hope that there is some product that can just give me solid muscle.
So what I am asking is for any product or suppliment that can help me get about 10 lbs over the next few months, with just about no side effects. I don't even mind taking something a week on, then a week off. Time is not an issue, I just want results and safety.
