Welcome back, I too have gone through a lot with marriage,family,work etc. I am just finding my top gear again and look forward to the best year yet for my physique and training. This is a great board with great members and I am happy to be a part of it too.
For certain circumstances i actually had to put on a lot of weight without being to focus much on training. I wasnt happy with it and thats why i decided to stop what i was doing and go back to the old me. De***ber 1st i was 283 pounds with about 22% bf. As of today i am 249 at about 14-15%. I am cutting down to 12% before turning to anything. My goal is to be 245-250 at 10-12% again
