    Newbie w/little experience

    Hello everyone,

Long ago I tried all the GNC anabolic alternatives with no results. This could be due to many factors such as poor workout habits, nutrition, too much running, OTC supplements just don't work, etc.... But whatever the case I'm here now to find a safe simple, effective (oral) stack, eat right and commit to working out.

I'll be spending a lot of time reading and researching before beginning anything. If anyone wants to jump start that with some useful links that would be great.

    I'm 5' 7", 144 lbs, ectomorph, don't know body fat....15-20% is my guess.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to learning all about the information on this site.

Thank you. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions in the coming weeks and months. I imagine they've all been asked and I'll try not to burden the board with asking the same thing for the 100th time

That's easy to resolve, get use to using the search and advanced search feature. There are a LOT of different part of the forums. LOTS of different sticky notes that have enough information to keep most anyone busy for weeks or months. Watch and read the daily Q&A section and you will learn a lot about what to and what not to ask. READ the rules. You dont want to become another newbie who asks for source or uses lab names.

Have a thick skin because it's not always as friendly as you might think or you may simply read to much into someone criticism. Take it for what it is and either learn from it or choose to reject it. Careful what you ask for, you might just get it.

    Enjoy.

    Welcome aboard mate!
Reserve your questions for the appropriate sub forums, where some of our experts hang out. You'll get a better response in each of those specialty areas.
I would recommend first, about nutrition. Extremely important. You could easily spend a few days there alone, reading all there is to read.
    Good luck!
