bro for what i have read and learned, because i by no means are a guru like many of these vets are, i know higher bf% means higher risk of heart attack due to the cholesterol that gets raised by the aas, also bp is increassed, and heart rate is also increased, many people say it also increases your chances of gyno, but from ready post by gurus here i came to the conclusion that gyno is a side that you are either prone to it or not. some people can be 30% bf and never get gyno, and other can be 5% and get it after their first pin. there is another thread about this, im currently looking for a awesome thread that actually shows the study that bf hasnothing to do with gyno, people are just prone or not. but basically your lipids will raise and there just is more risk, and i was in your same shoes back in Dec. i wanted to start my cycle, but many vets told me to get my self on check before. i went to the nutrition diet got awesome advice on how to lose that extra bf% went from 18% to 13% by the 9th of Jan, the same day i started my cycle. i also got blood work done pre cycle to make sure i was in good standing, i ran it by some vets here they gave me the ok and i started. what helped me the most is listening and learning from the vets, they know what they are talking about, no matter how shytti the advice is because you want to hear something else, its the right advice. just IMO id say wait go to the nutrition section, they will hook you up with a useful and attractive diet that will shed fat and make you healthier.
