    Help with diet on cycle

This summer I plan on doing a Tren/Test cycle. Currently I'm sitting at around 16-18% bf.
My main goal while on this cycle is to drop down to 10% or below while putting on some lean mass.
From what I've researched Tren is perfect for doing this.

So my question is what would be a good diet for doing this? AMOUNTS (Protein, Carbs, Fats......)-----Not looking for a written out diet, just what amounts would be good.

Keep in mind I don't want to make this a strictly cutting cycle. I want this to be a body recomposition cycle (Losing some fat while gaining fair amounts of muscle mass).

Also I am Diabetic so I take insulin with every meal.

    Stats
    5'11
    16-18% bf
    245lbs

Age? Cycle expierience? PCT? Also if you list your current diet it'd make it easier to suggest changes to make.

    I'm 26years old
I've done 3 cycles in the past, all consisting of a Test. 2 of the 3 with Dbol and one with Deca.
Right now this is my diet

Meal 1 - 2 cups Whole grain cereal, 2cups 2%milk, 6 egg whites, cup of orange juice

Meal 2 - 2 slices whole grain wheat bread, 12oz chicken breast, small can of tuna (26g protein), cup of cottage cheese

Meal 3 - 24oz of chicken breast, cup of white rice

    Meal 4 - 2 cups oatmeal, 6 egg whites

Meal 5 - 1 cup of rice, 12oz chicken, can of tuna

Meal 6 - Large can of yams, 12 oz steak, cup of cottage cheese

Thats basically it, I get in about 2 protein shakes throughout the day also.
Also I know eating all this canned food isint the best way but once school ends I'll have more time to cook, and thats when I plan on doing my cycle.

Not really man, I mix up a romaine salad from time to time, and I like to cook asparagus whenever I have free time, but for the most part that's my diet.

    Suggestions would be appreciated

First of all, that is a ridiculous amount of protein you have in that diet you posted. Assuming that's a bulking diet those calories would be much more beneficial coming from complex carbs.

I would rethink the cycle if I was you. You could eat a maintenance calorie diet and do a good recomp on test and tren. You'll lose some fat and gain a little muscle and look really good on cycle but long term what have you accomplished. You'll gain the fat back in PCT or afterwards without a dialed in diet and you're not gonna gain any significant amount of lean tissue eating maintenance cals.

I'd use the next few months to prime/diet down to 10% - 12% naturally and then run your cycle with the goal of gaining as much new muscle tissue as possible while maintaining your low body fat. In the long term you will have accomplished much more by adding a significant amount of new LBM. And you'll be lean and you'll have learned how to eat properly to stay that way.

    My $.02.

Yeah the diet is mainly for bulking, you're saying I should take in a little less protein and more complex carbs?
I'm at 250lbs now and still around 16-18%

Do you have any suggestions on changing the diet to cut down to that 10-12%?

    Also thanks for your input.

Read the "Cutting 101 Sticky" and come up with a proposed diet for us to take a look at.
