    I am sure I couldn't do that 20-rep superset three times with bodyweight bench and squat and half bodyweight clean and press. That looks horrifyingly hard. After just one year back in the gym I am not very strong.

    What a babe. She has such a great, balanced physique. I've dated lingerie and Sears Roebuck models, but never dated a real bodybuilder. I bet the sex would be a real cardio workout

    This is what happened to me last time and as soon as my pct was done I got back on after a week LOL

    I promised myself I wasn't gonna do that this time....but when the gear is there in front of you it's hard LOL
