As far as adding a stack, at age 46 and being over 200lbs, I personally think that you should run deca throughout the cycle. Not only will it enhance the anabolic affect of your cycle, but it will also safeguard those joints and help to prevent damaging yourself as you start to workout much harder and push more weight. I'm a huge fan of deca and prefer to run it on every cycle now, though I have done several cycles over the past twelve years. I would also recommend using an AI throughout the cycle in small doses instead of waiting for estrogen sides to rear their ugly little bloated and puss-filled heads. As far as front loading, increasing test dosages, etc., it's just all about how much lean muscle mass and strength gains you wish to achieve on this cycle. 600mg per week is a pretty decent dosages for your 2nd cycle, but knowing what I know now, I'd kick the cycle into gear with a short ester like prop, or more preferably, suspension, during the first few weeks. I am a fan of frontloading. But again, it's all about what you wish to achieve and how much test you feel comfortable using, and you seem to have a knowledgeable enough grasp on things. If getting lean is your primary focus, you may even want to consider experimenting with Anavar or Winstrol to see how your body reacts to these compounds.
