    Animal Stak, Pak, and Test

Hey guys. Did a quick search, but couldn't find the exact info that I wanted on these products. Just wondering if any of the above mentioned products in the title contain pro-hormones? And are these products useful to someone that doesn't use steroids or test? Also, are they good as stand alone products, or do you need to combine Stak and Pak for optimal results? Thanks folks.

AnimalPak is just a multivitamin with higher doses than what your average Costco/Grocery Store/Fitness Nutrtion Store would carry and has some aspects that are not common in multivitamins such as digestive enzymes. It's quite expensive for a multivitamin and there are other options. Furthermore, the problem with Animal products is that it requires you to swallow so many pills. To get the nutritional information on the AnimalPak label, you need 2 packs a day, which equates to TWENTY pills (10 per pack). If it helps you sleep at night and somehow placebo's you into feeling more healthy then definitely go for it. But if your on a budget or just starting out and have a clean well balanced diet to begin with then stick with a regular multivitamin and spend more money on foods.

With respect to AnimalTest, it's just another generic marketed "test booster" that is complete junk, same as AnimalStak which is a concoction of herbs, tribulus, junk, and proprietary blends. Both of these products are a waste of money and will give no results except a lighter wallet.

None of these 3 products contain prohormones. For optimal results, you need to maximize your training and seek external advice on your diet. Probably about 90% of people think they have a good "bodybuilding" diet, sufficient enough to facilitate an anabolic environment to build muscle and/or burn fat, but in actuality only a fraction of them have a decent diet. I'd highly recommend on posting your diet in the diet section of the forum and keep supplementation to a minimum (Multivitamin, Protein Powder, Creatine, and potentially BCAA's / Fish Oil)

Hey Windex. Thanks for the reply. I'm currently using basically everything you listed...protein, multivitamin, creatine, glutamine, bsn amino acids and fish oil. Having good success thus far, but was just curious about Animal products in general. Twenty pills is definitely quite a bit. Sounds like it's not going to do too much for me that my supps aren't doing already. Thanks for the help

I use animal pak and feel a difference when I am not taking it. The muscle soreness and time to repair muscles seems to be improved while taking it. You can get a 44 pak on amazon for 20 bucks and taking 1 pak a day does the trick for me.
