Soo I'm recovering from a arm injury. Crashed my bike, posted the story in another thread. Anyway I gained some fat being out of the gym for so long. I can't do much other than low weight and stretching on my left arm as I damaged the artery and had my bicep reattached.

Looking for help on a high intensity cardio plan to burn off that extra belly and gain a little stamina. And maybe some help on a diet as cookies and candy from everyone needs to stop...lo
