Help with diet, nothing to extreme

I am 40 yo 24% bf and dropping. I am looking to build muscle but not get huge. I just want to look and feel better. My Dr. Put me on HGH and test for medical reasons. And I want to make the most of it. I do not want a crazy diet. I do not want to be a body builder.

    This is my current diet
8 am syntha 6 shake, workout , 9:30 post workout shake, 11:30 handfull of mixed nuts, 12:30 grilled chick sandwich or six in sub with wheat. 2:00 ISO 100 shake, 3:30 whey shot and hand full of nuts, 5:00 iso 100 shake 6:30 home cooked meal meat and veg. No carb no butter.

I hate fish, so I want to avoid that

Good to see you came over here....

    What is your weight...

What is your current training routine?

What is your current cardio schedule?

And yeah, your diet can be scrapped.... You need to start from scratch

come back with a diet that looks something like this per day....

    210g protein
    210g carbs
    50g Fats

Choose whole foods... If you can grow it or kill it then eat it... That kind of rule

That diet is crap bro (no offence). You dont need to pay anyone to put together your diet and routine. If you have the time to read this board, there is information aplenty to assist you in building both your daily nutritional intake and workout. The stickies contain some invaluable information and should be a definite starting point to educating yourself. If you're serious about this, its not just a short term project, its a lifestyle. And trust me, once you learn, get into it, and start seeing results, you'll want more.

Why don't you save the money and just look around this board to find what other people are doing and copy someone....

Once you have something people will help you tweak it.... We are not paid to write diet plans and training routines for members... However there are lots of guys willing to help you tweak a plan once you have one... You will get a lot of support also

I don't want to sound like an ass, but I have more money than time. I work 70 hours a week and make good money. It is much easier to pay someone to do this for me.

^^^ know how ya feel with 70hrs a week work.. I worked 3050hrs last yr not including 3hrs/day for travel and lunch...But its a matter of what u wanna do man.. U wanna get in good shape? If so u need to learn how so u dont need anyone else to hold ur hand...

Base gave u starting macros.. Compose 6 meals hitting 35g protein/meal for all 6 and 70g carbs for 3 of em.. Get on www.fitday.com and chek out the nutritional content of chikn breast, lean ground beef, egg whites, oats yams brn rice and post a diet hitting those macros.. If u have the time to cook the food and do the workouts then u have the time to compose ur diet.. Take a day off the gym.. 1 day off the gym wont hurt u.. 1 day devoted instead to composing a solid diet will help u tremendously..

    Now get it dun...
