    I am trying to cut and in need of a meal plan to meet my goals please help! I need 2400 calories, 340grams protein, 140 grams carbs and 53 grams fat. Please help me reach these goals. I have whey and casien proteins, I also need two meals to be something I can make the night before for work. I am 21 at 212 pounds 13% bf and want to get to single digits. Thank you for your meal plans this means the world to me so I can reach my goals.

    should be 140g carbs

    have u ever heard of www.fitday.com ?? chek it out.. plug in food and figure out how much u need to eat.. follow a model like this:

    meal1:lean protein
    carb

    meal2:lean protein
    green veg

    meal3: (pre w/o)
    lean protein
    carb
    veggie

    meal4: (PWO)
    protein shake
    carb

    meal5:lean protein
    veggie

    meal6:lean protein
    fat(nat pb if macros allow)

    be sure to adjust ur pre w/o and pwo to before and rite after ur workout...notice where ur carbs r scheduled...
