I am trying to cut and in need of a meal plan to meet my goals please help! I need 2400 calories, 340grams protein, 140 grams carbs and 53 grams fat. Please help me reach these goals. I have whey and casien proteins, I also need two meals to be something I can make the night before for work. I am 21 at 212 pounds 13% bf and want to get to single digits.
