Supplements...I use bodubuilding dot com. Always have good prices. Shipping is a bit steep but end up saving even after a considerable shipping charge ( I live up north ) - compared to gnc or anything local.
I also get some items at costco ie protien bars

yeah but do u get dinged with duty? I know that fitness one dot com is relatively cheap and ships to Canada so far its looking like the best choice
