I cook my usual meals (chicken, rice, broccoli, asparagus) and throw them in a cooler. I also take protein powder and a shaker bottle.
I can eat my meals cold, but have also gone into convenience stores and popped mine in their microwave...what are they going to do, call the cops? I do buy something though.
I take a gallon of water, mix what I need in the shaker bottle with the protein, drink it, refill and shake again to rinse it and then drink that too.
Easy peasy.

Yeh 95% of my meals r eatn cold.. Im tuff!LOL..
Yeah i eat 6 meals out of 8 cold!! Donest really matter to me, once you eat a few of them you get used to it, even when i had a microwave i was to lazy to get up and heat my food so i kept eating it cold.
Ill have to start eating my food cold this weekend and see how it goes, thanks for the help
