Training chest with back sounds stupid.. If you're looking at trying something different. Try a upper lower compound body split which is repeated twice a week.. Eg mon upper. Tue lower. Wed off thur upper. Fri lower. Sat/sun off.. Run a google search and it will come up.. I have just started Dorian Yates workout hit program.. Mon shoulders/ tris, tues back wed off thurs chest/biceps, fri off, sat legs, sun off.. And I'm loving it, this way u fet to hit tris and bis twice a week once directly once indirectly.
