Blasting and cruising

Okay blasters what kind of dosage are you blasting with and for how long? Also what dosage are you cruising with? Had some problem with the clinics last year and took some time off. I'm planning on running a lower dose of test c (100mg) hopefully without anastrozole for my cruising dosage. I have anastrozole on hand if I need it. I will need it for when I do a blast. I will also be doing bloodwork periodically to keep an eye on everything.

i did 300/300 test/deca, and to be honest if i do it again I'd probably go with 200/200. you may still need AI even at 100 mgs, so keep an eye on your e2. let us know what you decide to do regarding the blast. BTW my blast was for 12 weeks.

I'm currently running 200test 300deca and I usually run out 16 weeks.........for my normal protocol or cruise I use 150 test although I may try 200test and get blood work to see if im too high.

I'm with Bass on the deca dosage, I may reduce mine down to 150 ......I can't speak for Bass but in my mind it seems as though I notice zero difference between 150deca and 300deca besides it costs twice as much, but for practical reasons it seems that I get the same joint pain relief from the smaller dose and if one really was looking for an anabolic effect you would be at least 400 for each but personally I'm more interested in low dose for relief at this time, maybe sometime in the future I'll worry about a real cycle. Don't get me wrong, I believe that even at low doses there is a synergistic effect that does help with strength gains but the cost is just too much to justify any difference.

Thanks guys. I'm planning on starting out with the 100mg per week for 2-3 weeks get bloodwork to see were my levels are at. Then I'll do my blast of test c and deca,I've got plenty of both. My first protocol when I started TRT was 200 of each and I loved it. I did not experience any sides from the deca (deca dick) and my lipid profile was fine. I'll probably start my blast with 300 of each see how I feel and get bloodwork done again a few weeks into the blast.

Kel, very well said, I'm sort of a minimalist and like to do the very least to get results, if it works leave it alone. I'm going back to 150 deca for that very reason.

I just started taking 150mg deca a week, its what the doc prescribed and seems to be a popular hrt dose.

Kelkel 200 of each was my TRT protocol not a blast. And as JD noted I am looking for an anabolic effect and getting big. Are you guys running deca all of the time or just occassionally?

Op I'm confused. If 200-200 was your TRT protocol what is it now? Did you come off of TRT for a period of time? If so, how come? My only real point was that if the previous amount worked well for you, why can't it again. More can definitly have its benefits but you just really need to monitor yourself well. For the TRT guys here it is run only occasionally and only by some. Personally, I will probably run a 12 week doctor prescribed cycle of 200mg in the spring. My plan is once a year as it definitely helps my joints. If I stopped beating them to death at my age it would surely help, but thats not going to happen.

Me too, if you have any help with the acne you best spill the beans or about half of us are gonna track you down and torture the info out of ya.

OP, if you're looking to go big you might want to post this in a different area and get some opinions from more guys who have used larger doses, I'm sure a few here have run more but most of us keep it smaller.

JD I originally posted in the steroid question and answer forum and only got a few responses and one was to repost here. Kelkel I had some problems with the clinics and was planning on getting hernia surgery in January so I did a PCT of clomi and hcg at the end of october. Did not want to go through a clinic again due to price and there lack of concern and ignorant sales reps. So after the PCT i managed to get some powder to brew my own to cut down on cost. I was going to do this earlier but did not know you can get bloodwork without a dr. Hernia surgery is cancelled until at least may due to the way state disability works. Had bloodwork done last month to see were I am at. Test is still low but up from when I first started TRT. So I wanted to do a more anabolic cycle to start off with and then cruise on a lower dose of test app. 100mg per week. I will be getting bloodwork through all of this.

you can always start your deca at a modest dose and go a couple weeks and check your gains and adjust upwards if not...just an idea..its not like your set on a dose when you start

i agree, and thats what JD was getting at too, after all this section is about optimum health so if you do a blast do it in a way to have benefits and reduce the chances of unwanted sides.

OP, i too run deca once a year for joint pain purposes, you can't stay on it for life, i believe you will get unwanted sides in the long run. my personal opinion.

Op consider laparascopic hernia repair. Avoids the scar. Recovery still sucks but hey, you stay pretty! Make sure they insert a large screen for maximum coverage!

Thanks Bass and Kelkel. Kelkel it's an umbilical hernia so they just sew the muscle back together no mesh. I'm with JD c'mon Ecdysone give up the acne secret. I've had acne on back chest and shoulders since I was 12. TRT doesn't make it much worse though. I did 3 months of accutane about 10 years ago and it got rid of the big painful ones. But that stuff is really hard on your liver.

not sure what is your sugar intake, but sugar makes it worse, thats including starchy carbs! my daughter uses peroxide and it seems to help!

Well what worked great for me (ymmv) in the past was using the combination of an antibiotic with the standard benzoyl peroxide creams.

A compounded clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide cream seems to be the best: Duac, BenzaClin, but I am using a online pharmacy and they only carry one compounded with erythromycin (Benzamycin Gel) which should work as well. You apply the cream in the morning and at night.

The key to the effectiveness is the double action of both ingredients which is reported to kill a much higher percentage of resistant acne-bacteria.

I also wash the effected skin area with a benzoyl peroxide shower gel I got from Walgreens, I don't think the brand matters other than just finding one with a higher percent of benzoyl peroxide.

^^^^^^ I'm with ecdysone on using the compounded Clindamycin/peroxide cream.I got a script for this when I was 16 and it worked great.I still use this cream when i flare ups now.Just 3 weeks ago my 14 year old daughter was crying about how bad she broke out.So i let her use mine and it cleared her face up in no time!!
