Okay i been blanking out during training sessions! like spaced out but its only happened twice this month so i know im missing something in my diet my bro says im not eating enough i need to eat more! This is the leanest i been in awhile i usually weigh in the 90's or 100's not muscle just a bulky guy!
i recently cut down from 97kg to 85kg

2. 5x egg white
apple
banana
After Training:
3.Tuna and rice
1 1/2 scoops ON whey
amino acids
4. chicken breast x2
broccoli
5. butternut
chicken breast x2
6. chickenx2
Broccoli
7.Cassien
amino acids
L glutamine
Water green Tea all day!
i know im doing something wrong i need to know what it is? I showed another BB my diet and he was like its good!
I can provide pics if u want to see from 105 to 85 but i was not fat just bulky! lolz
