i wouldnt use winstrol as a 'cutter' maybe a pre condition drug. For hardening up but i dont believe it will strip fat off say like Clen or Dnp would.

Well see you can get a capping machine and put any kind of raw powder you want in the caps be it powdered sugar or winstrol. The only way to know is to either take them or get them tested. There's no way anyone would be able to tell you the legitimacy of a generic looking unmarked capsule.

They could be legit, many ugls sell orals like that. Depends how much you trust the source.
