I started TRT in Nov and ever Monday and Tuesday I have constant blue balls. Any suggestions beside the obvious?

Can you tell us what your TRT program consists of? Are you saying this happens only on Mondays and Tuesdays? If so, what days do you medicate your testosterone?

I take one cc of Test Cyp on Sunday's. The affects taper off starting Wed.

I'd definitely contact the doctor and see what might be going on and what remedy is available besides the obvious. But you know, it is a damned good excuse to have sex on those two days...

I've been on trt for awhile now. never heard of "blue balls" being a side effect. This is very odd. Sounds like something else is going on.
Need a lot more detail if we are going to attempt to figure this thing out

You're taking too large of a dose at one time - divide the dose in two.

You would think that test wouldn't cause this, and have the slight inclination to think HCG could have a part in this. Sounds really weird, but obvious solution is obvious, although not convenient necessary. I'm just glad i haven't experienced blue balls in probably almost a decade. Although I would take it if it meant those old hormones were back.

Agreed!! There's a lot of perception to what this could mean. It might just be some sore, achy testicles going through the typical atrophy process from being suppressed.
