    1st Cycle Turinabol 40mg advice

Complete novice when it comes to steroids so I expect to be shot down by one of you guys, but ill give it a shot.

I'm 19 years old, 5,11 was very skinny a couple of years ago weighing about 9 stone. Been training for about a year and a half and am now about 11.5 stone so have gained easily 2 and a half stone. Train down the gym 5x a week for a good hour and a half each night, now wanting to be a bit bigger.

My diet could be better I have to admit and before any cycle happens I will be amending it to ensure I dont miss out on valuable gains but on the whole its normally respectable.

Thinking of doing a 40mg a day Turinabol "Only" cycle for 5 weeks, not expecting to be Ronnie Coleman but I hope I can gain half a stone of solid muscle and be more noticeably big, would this be realistic? Was considering a Nolva pct for three weeks 20/20/20mg

I have done a lot of research into various steroids for three months and just need a bit of extra advice before I start.

    Thanks for your time!

    Age and aas

In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

I am aware of the possible sides but I don't intend on this being a long term solution. Much respect for your answer tho. But after taking long periods of time thinking about doing them I feel its somthing I need to do to forfill my personal goals and true sense of well being

You won't get any help here. We don't advise people your age on possibly causing life long complications to your body. Anyway what is 11 stone in pounds? Cbf looking it up right now.

You have a lot more natural potential at your age. Diet is the key not steriods. What does your diet look like?

you admitted yourself diet wasn't where it could be. Try getting that where you want it first and lurk around the diet forum. Getting protein intake and meal timing down pat will yield awesome gains at your age. Look into some pre workout supps and protein before you go the gear route. Don't forget sleep plays a major role in muscle recovery, at that age I know I wasn't getting the sleep I should have (hanging out late and partying seemed to be top priority. Also look into your workout routine, over training could be hold you back as well. Don't use AS a quick fix for spring break or some other short term goal...

Cheers for the comments guys, each was helpful.

I however am going to have a crack at taking 40mg of turinabol each day, will take a month to arrive so enough time for me to research the diet etc. I hope you guys dont think I'm an idiot doing this so young but I have personal issues I want to ammend and gaining some size will certainly make me feel better.

    Cheers

well to each his own. I don't think you're going to be overly happy with the results but I guess you have to make mistakes in order to learn. Just hope there are not lasting effects to your choices... and remember running an oral may yield some results but for the most part once you stop the gains quickly diminish leaving you right back where you were. A spot on diet and training routine can help avoid total loss but odds are you'll still lose some gains. Also correct me if i'm wrong but isn't turinabol often times counterfeit or has it made a come back in availability? Do us a favor and come back when we're done to let us know we were right and you should have headed the advice of those who have experience and really aren't trying to lead you astray.... take some before, during, after, and post cycle pics for your own reference
