With a long ester such as test c, you can get by fine pinning once per week. To be perfectly honest, I prefer high injection frequency, for a few reasons; however, pinning once a week would not be of any detriment to you.

No, it wouldn't be a huge detriment, but you'd be better of splitting it twice a week.

Besides, it takes literally 5min to pin.

Not to mention two injections of 1mL would actually be smoother than one injection of 2mL, for someone starting off with virgin muscles.

Can I get decent results with a shorter cycle of like 6 weeks on Test Cyp? It seems like the 4-6 week period is when I start noticing sides like acne and hair shedding. i figure to stop at 6-8 weeks to minimize the sides and the shutdown and give PCT A better chance to be successful.

I'm not looking for like 30 pound gains. I am perfectly happy with 6-8 lbs of muscle end result at end of PCT. if possible.

No, you can't get results with a long ester for that short time.

You're seeing sides at 4-6 weeks, because that's when it's built up and peaking in your system.

You'll just have to learn how to manage sides or not cycle.

You'll probably get a lot of mixed opinions on this one. Personally, I wouldn't run a long ester for a cyce shorter than ten weeks. If the sides become an issue, I'd focus on combatting those through other means. I'm not a fan of short cycles, but with short esters, there are obvious benefits to them. There are some nice write-ups on this forum about prepping and properly running short (six to eight week) cycles. This would be a good place to start reading:

Instead of being concerned with shortening the cycle, control the side effects. Otherwise you're just cutting yourself short. Get an AI and get chemicals for controlling DHT in the scalp. It's a very simple matter. With only test cyp, stick with 10-12 weeks.

I agree with you. Thats the advice I got from my supplier. Thats why I love this forum because it is a great source of advice and information. I just want to get everything in order for my next cycle.

Get nizoral 2%, a shampoo with saw palmetto and bioten, 5% spirp and 15% minoxidile to be safe
And get advodart if you got the coin

For cycles I pin long esters multiple times a week (about 2-3xs/wk), and for TRT purposes I just pin cyp once a week.

No they are different, ethanthate has a higher absorption rate and has a slower release at the site of injection so the absorption rate is higher=higher half life

Yes once a week, I got my tests mixed up earlier. Half life is longer with cpy.

My E2 seems to rise when I inject once a week. Two injections (at half the dose) seems to result in less conversion. Purely anecdotal, but worth considering.

Yes you could. One injection every 5-7 days would be fine but with 500mg per week I think I would split it up 2x per week. It will work either way though.

Pin it twice. 2x is not bad at all. Will keep your blood levels more stable.
