    A quick before and after.....

    I came across a pic from when I modeled a few years ago and I almost shit bricks haha. Sometimes we forget how far we've come over the years so I figured I'd post it up here. Mind you it's nothing spectacular but it got me motivated to keep on pushin it.....

    ehhhh I think I was 21 in the 1st pic but I didn't get back into working out until I was 23..... I'm 27 now. So about 4 years progress.....
