    workout questions!

Hello all, I have recently been training 5 to 6 days a week. Monday chest and abs, Tuesday bis and tris. Wednesday legs and abs, thursday back and shoulders, Friday abs. And sometimes a 2nd workout of a muscle I feel I can smash a little harder. It seems a bit all over the place and like I'm not healing because of the certain muscles I'm hitting the day after I did somethig else. (like back after bi's and tris) would it be more beneficial if I work out a Monday then rest Tuesday hit it Wednesday and break Thursday then hit it again Friday with 2 days rest on the weekend. I really work out with complete intensity and don't leave until failure and am pretty much upping the weight every new day. Please help with some more solid training ideas

Hey This may help, it's one I'm looking at doing,
    Monday-chest/calves
    Tuesday- back/abs
    Wedneaday- legs
    Thursday- shoulders/abs
    Friday- arms/calves
Saturday - rest or legs/abs (if u do legs, don't do calves on Friday)
    Sunday - rest

U hit arms twice a week, indirectly with chest and back, time to heal then smash them on Friday again. Let them rest over the weekend,
I do calves a bit, since they r a very stubborn muscle, and everyone needs good calves.

Another one I was contemplating was
Monday - chest/back (pump is unbelievable)
    Tuesday - shoulders/arms
    Wednesday - legs
    Thursday - chest/back
    Friday - shoulders/legs
    Saturday - legs
    Sunday - REST.

I've never tried a full week of this,
I read somewhere it was "Arnold's" workout, but Arnold was god!
