The nutrisystym diet would be simple and ready to eat meals. Is this an ok diet if some shakes or extra protein was addede? I am not looking to be a bodybuilder. I am just trying to add some muscle and loose some fat.

i did nutrisystem a few yrs ago and ended up throwing away 75% of the food.. think about it.. they send u food in a package that can be kept unrefridgerated for weeks or even months.. what do u think is in that food (if u can call it food) to make it be able to do that???????????????????????
and it tastes like crap...
simple answer: NO!!!!!
Not the diet of somebody looking to build an aesthetically pleasing physique... it's a diet plan for average housewives looking to lose some weight, clueless of the composition of that weight (fat vs. LBM)
Yes, setting up a good diet can be a bit tough and time consuming, but most things that are worthwhile aren't easy... this is one of them.
