I pulled my shoulder really bad and I couldnt workout hard for the last 6 months so I am down to 200 lbs now.

I lost some size, but I am starting to workout light again. It will come back quick!

    Also, I am 6 ft 3 in.

And in that first pic I was benching 405 lbs! My best was 405 x 3 reps.

Now I can hardly bench 135 because of my shoulder.

It will. When I had my injury I went all the way down to 5'11 160 12%. Largely due to muscle atrophy, depression related eating problems , and too much medication to deal with the pain. Within 6 months after the injury I was back at 200lbs @ 15%. The best advice I can give you is be ready to put your pride aside when rebuilding your shoulder and physique. I literally started rehabbing with those purple/pink weights.
