New BW, any opinions would be appreciated

I just got my most recent BW results this afternoon. I'm 44, and my initial total testosterone was 155. Dr prescribed 300mg Test Cyp every two weeks. I decided to do 150mg every week. No AI or HCG yet, although I have both on hand (obtained on my own, not from the doc).

The only initial testing I had done was total test , so I have nothing to compare the other results to.

My results from six weeks ago;

Testosterone , Serum 340 (348-1197) [was 155 originally]
Testosterone , Free 7.51 (5.00-21.00)
% Free Testosterone 2.21 (1.50-4.20)
PSA .5 (0.0-4.0) [was also .5 six weeks ago]
IGF -1 219 (101-267)
Estradiol, Sensitive 38 (3-70)

And today's results

Testosterone , Serum 452 (348-1197)
Testosterone , Free 16.18 (5.00-21.00)
% Free Testosterone 3.58 (1.50-4.20)
PSA .5 (0.0-4.0)
IGF -1 269 (101-267)
Estradiol, Sensitive 55 (3-70)

Blood was drawn on the morning of my injection day, so exactly seven days after my last injection.

You have a great IGF like me, which is great! Looks like its time to start the AI, what kind do you have? Where are you injecting and what size needle are you using?

Considering your blood was drawn 7 days after your shot, your numbers look ok id say, maybe try 75mg 2x week for a more stable serum level. As far as AI dosing, I really cant comment im still trying to figure mine out!!!... but if I were you id take .25-.5mg 2x a week. If your not having high E symptoms, bring it down into the 20's very cautiously!

Def bring your E down. Agree with Jamo, err on the side of caution IMO. I'd start .25 x 2 per week and adjust with your next BW. Get stable then add in hcg.

Get yourself some 25-27 ga needles and some 18 ga for loading. you don't even feel them.

Since you tested right before your weekly injection, thats your lowest level for free and total test. If you stick with weekly injections, test 3 days after your injection and see where your at, levels will probably be much higher. Its why most guys here do 2x week of cyp or enth, avoid the up and down levels.

Exactly what Jamo said. Do you have your SHBG and Albumin levels btw?

Get on a minimal dosage of AI. It will bring your E down and thus raise your T as right now your converting a good amount. Some good threads on AI's here recently. Read up and start low.

I will start a small amount of Arimidex with my next injection. I'll either do 1XW .5mg the day after my injection, or 2X.25mg if I can break the halves in to smaller pieces.

I'm told pill cutters work great. Walmart reportedly has them.

you been given great advice, and yes your free T looks great, and if you split like mentioned above it will be better! and yes, go very easy on the AI, the guys made a good recommendation!

Well, I have a pill cutter. I'll give it a try, but those Arimidex pills are pretty tiny.

make sure you don't make the mistake i made by splitting all my pills, these little bastards don't split evenly. so split one pill at a time so you can have a more even doses throughout the week!

I started adding in my AI this week

Injecting 150mg Test C on Wed evening
.25mg Arimidex on Th
.25mg Arimidex on Sat

and I'll test E2 again in 4 or 5 weeks

You may want to front load (double dose) the first week, help get E levels down, then do the .25mg 2x weekly.

yeah, I'm curious to see what my next BW looks like. I feel like a kid with a chemistry set (and a human guinea pig...me)
