To Eat Or Not To Eat After Cheat Meal....?

    Alright Alright,

So I slipped up on V-day when my girl ordered dinner and had her lovely chocolate..

    Currently cutting...

Question is If you cheat on your second to last meal of the day.. Should I still suck down my late night Casien Shake w/ Natural PB??? Or Skipout?

For Meal #6 out of #7, I had a Chicken Finger Salad and topped it off with a king size package of Reese's..

So while cutting and if Im feeling large .. Should I opt out of last meal??

    26years old
    223lbs 18% BF

    Thanks!!

i guess that would depend on your macros, and whether you have met them or not

yes...keep eating....the point of a cheat meal is to replace one of your boring, ordinary meals- pretend it never happened and follow through with your diet.

You very likely went over your macros considering the food you ate. With that in mind, i'd skip the planned meal. Even if you eat a bit less, so what? You're cutting. You'll possibly eat even fewer calories that day. Please spare me the bs about going catabolic overnight (not directed at you OP, just saying in general).

The point here is not to worry about the little slip up. The big picture is to make the slip ups few and far between, and be consistent with your diet.
