Hey guys, new to the forum and not 100% sure where to post so don't grill me to bad. So here goes, Im going to be starting a cycle of test E in the near future, but im looking to go on a nice mass gaining diet first, and was wondering if anyone could help me out on a diet plan.
I go to the gym 6 times a week for an 1-2 hours a day.
Here are the quick stats.
Age: 20
Weight: 160
Height: 5'11" - 6'
I'm very active and have played sports my whole life (Hockey, Baseball, Golf), and been hitting the gym regularly for the last 3-4 years.
If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!
