    Couple of before and after pics

    I can not believe how shit I looked lol

    These pics were from the members transformation challenge around 25/4/2011 and these are some recent pics. Diet is still crap but training has been consistent.

    Your biceps and shoulders are solid, whats your favorite bicep lift? I'd add a lil more tricep work to even those guys out, keep up the good work.

    I train each muscle twice a week. I use drop sets also. I rotate between EZ bar curls and standing alternating db curls. Yeah,agree with you with my tri's. I spent so much time trying to focus on close grip bench press. No matter what I did I could not feel it. Was more of a shoulder workout than triceps. Starting doing heavy overhead db extensions with 15 rep sets. Tri's have never fely better.

    Good genetics on bi's for sure. I too never really feel close grip on tri's, also try some skull crushers those blow my triceps up more than any other tricep lift.

    194lbs in first pics and bang on 230lbs in last. Tbh,the majority of this size came in the space of 4 months. The wonders of tren and test.

    Good job. Youre focusing more on your arms. Try increasing bench and incline too.

    your legs and arms look huge! ur upper back got alot bigger too. do you have a double bicep back pose? what are you doing for your lats?
