need help on cycle

have taken test, tren, and test, mast cycle before. don't know if it had pct (all were blends put together)
last ending in nov
was following a buddy who said he would take care of everything for me
been doing alot of reading and research and I'm going to start a cycle and need some help
thinking of test cyp and maybe dbol or deka, clomid
any suggestions

sounds like you do not know much about pct at all....cycle and pct are totally different. I would advice you to read up a little on here so you can know for your self what you are doing. I do not know your buddy but many guys come on here saying my buddy said this: and it is horrible advice.
For your current cycle you will need an ai? Clomid is for pct and you will need nolva also. read up and come back and we can work out the little details...
now order an ai adex is most popular I think and get some nolva

A common rule for aas use is 15% bf or lower. reason is ppl with this tend to have a better diet which is turn gets better results. they have lower bp, so the risk of heart attack is lower, and less estro relates sides (but the last may be brosciene, from Swiftos last couple posts)

my buddy never said anything about pct's just got me the gear, also I was going with my % from before but I have lost alot of weight, just figured it out with online calc and now it is at 14.8% i was just putting up everything I was thinking of taking, just put the clomid with the others, the cycle would be test and d or deka then the clomid for pct thats what i was thinking
is there a better "1st cycle" i should think about?
