Ive used stretching throughout my whole time bodybuilding, usually it consist of Dynamic stretching before my workout to static stretching which is more or less implemented during the workout inbetween my sets, you do need to know your own limitation but if performed correctly they add to the overall size of the muscles.

Going to start doing more dynamic stretches for sure. Is it true static stretching can actually decrease your power before workouts?

yes a lot of people find that static stretching will decrease strength when done right before or in between sets, they are better left at the end. Many people don't even bother stretching, they just warm up with light sets

I think stretching is necessary. If I don't stretch I cramp like no other

I stretch (especially chest) during my workouts, but never as a warmup procedure.

Not sure if it's considered stretching but I have been using a foam roller before I go to bed at night, mostly on my legs and lower back. It's amazing for DOMS and places that are kinked up. Feel loose and relaxed afterwards.
