    Test or deca need your input

    6'3 300lbs thinking bout runnin a cycle of either deca or test im lookn for great strength & speed gains with cuttin off some of this body fat
    & what are some good cycles to do for either one

    Deca should never be used by itself. How old are you? What is your body fat %? What is your cycle history?

    Which is it? 6'-2" or 6'-3"?

    You gotta be careful, high bf on cycle could complicate sides. You should get down to low teen with diet and cardio before you cycle. AAS is not a short cut for fat loss. It could cause more trouble then not.

    Im 62 didnt mean to put 63 im new to this I was just gonna to run test and my bmi is 39%

    The recommended BF% before cycling is 15%- Any higher, & there is greater risk of estrogen related side effects, like Gyno. (man boobs) And at your weight / BF% there will be much greater risk of heart attack due to high blood pressure (steroids raise your BP)
